Guests who book a luxury home expect it to be perfect at check-in. Our housekeepers, handymen, and field operations team are all STR Management employees, so we can inspect, repair, and restock a home on our own schedule instead of waiting on outside vendors. The pre-arrival inspection catches anything that changed between the clean and the guest’s arrival.
A dedicated revenue manager oversees each luxury home’s daily dynamic pricing, so the home is priced on its own merits rather than like an average home nearby.
