About Us

At STR Management, we focus on managing high-end short-term (vacation) rental properties that are centrally located in Austin, Texas. We work with our apartment owners, property managers, and real estate investors to hand select units to ensure great guest experience and no disruption to existing residents.

All of our properties are meticulously designed. Each one is designed and styled uniquely. We work with a local professional designer to hand select the art and each piece in the unit.

Our professional cleaning staff is from the hotel industry, ensuring that we have consistent and reliable service.

We have a very smooth guest check-in process with automated emails customized for each individual unit explaining the check-in process with photos. Guests have easy access with keyless entry and lockboxes for backup. We have maintenance professionals and property managers on staff to quickly respond to any issues and provide 24/7 response to emergency issues.
