Zero Contact

STR Management provides guests with the luxury of not waiting in lines at a front desk with our keyless entry. We are experts at contact-less interactions with guests by providing a single point of contact for each property and with all of our property managers being local Austinites, we’re readily available to help. We are here to ensure you have the Austin experience you deserve!

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols

As the country gradually re-opens for travel and restrictions ease, STR Management has launched new cleaning guidelines and regulations, as we welcome our guests back. Our new cleaning process includes rigorous enhanced cleaning protocols that address the new normal and give guests the confidence they need to visit the #1 city in the US!

Cleaning after each stay has always been our main priority, but as we adjust to our new normal, we have stepped up sanitation and the disinfecting of all areas in our rentals (TVs, remote controls, tables, doorknobs, light switches, desk, toilets, faucets, sinks, and appliances) with Ecolab products, medical grade disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to kill SARS-CoV-2 (the novel virus that causes Covid-19). Our linens and towels are washed and pressed in accordance with the CDC guidelines through a commercial laundry vendor.

Our cleaning processes adhere to both the AirBnB Enhanced Cleaning protocol as well as the VRBO Enhanced Cleaning protocol.

Employee Protocols

Face Coverings, Shoe Coverings, and Gloves

STR Management requires all of its property managers, house cleaners, and maintenance staff to wear gloves, shoe coverings, and face masks when cleaning, repairing, and inspecting rooms for the safety of our employees and valued guests.

Property Access

STR Management does not permit any of its property managers, house cleaners, or maintenance staff to enter a property while it is occupied for the safety of our employees and valued guests.

CDC Protective Measures

All of our employees follow the CDC Protective Measures. These include:

  • Cleaning hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoiding close contact by putting at least 6 feet of distance between each other
  • Cleaning and disinfecting by continually practicing good hygiene and using hand sanitizer
  • Employees are asked to stay home if demonstrating symptoms of illness
  • Well-being checks of all employees, including physical temperature checks when needed
